High Intensity NDIS Supports
At Ayuda Healthcare, we provide specialised High-Intensity Supports for participants with complex health and disability needs. Our team of highly trained support workers and Nurses ensure the highest standards of care, adhering to strict NDIS compliance and clinical best practices. We support participants requiring complex medical care, including tracheostomy management, enteral feeding, catheter care, complex wound management, and ventilator support. Supported Independent Living
At Ayuda Healthcare, our Supported Independent Living (SIL) service provides safe, stable, and high-quality in-home support for people living with disability who require ongoing assistance to live independently. We deliver personalised, 24/7 supports tailored to each participant’s needs, including personal care, daily living activities, medication support, behaviour support, and household management. Our skilled support teams create a structured, respectful, and empowering home environment that promotes choice, dignity, and wellbeing. Community Nursing (DVA)
At Ayuda Healthcare, our Community Nursing service for DVA clients delivers professional, compassionate clinical care in the comfort of your own home. Our experienced nurses provide a wide range of supports including wound care, medication management, chronic disease support, continence care, and post-hospital follow-up, all tailored to each client's individual health needs. We work closely with GPs, specialists, and the Department of Veterans’ Affairs to ensure coordinated, high-quality care that promotes comfort, safety, and independence. Our focus is on supporting veterans to maintain their health, dignity, and quality of life while remaining in their own homes and communities.
